Ray Rasmussen

Ray leads the Touch Worldwide LLC business consulting organization. He brings over 20 years of experience to Touch’s consulting business.
As the leader of Touch’s executive communications and execution excellence practices, Ray is responsible for developing and delivering offerings that drive organizational impact and business attainment. Prior to founding Touch Business Consulting, Ray was a member of the global M&A leadership team at Deloitte Consulting where he led multi-billion dollar mergers and business integrations. Ray also worked at IBM developing systems and processes for IBM and IBM customers.
Chris McCall

Chris McCall manages Touch’s strategic planning practice and has over 15 years of experience across business strategy and channel management.
Prior to joining Touch Business Consulting, Chris worked for Microsoft on global alliances and corporate strategy. Chris also served as a member of the leadership team at Deloitte Consulting responsible for multi-billion dollar merger integration efforts. Chris is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University’s Albers School of Business teaching acquisitions and alliance strategy.
Richard Flynn

Richard Flynn leads Touch’s channel management practice, leveraging over 15 years of experience in channel management, marketing strategy and executive communications.
Prior to joining Touch Business Consulting, Richard worked for Microsoft and other technology companies where he led groups with responsibilities ranging from partner and channel management, market development and customer-satisfaction planning. Richard offers unique insight into building & implementing operational strategies and execution guidelines that deliver your field, partner and customer business objectives..
Randy Karr

As a Principal at Touch, Randy is a leader in the executive communications and staffing practices with over 15 years of experience. He is responsible for leading projects involving internal and external communications, presentation and speech development, and executive communication plans for clients including Microsoft, Cisco, Novell, Nokia and Juniper Networks. In addition to his communications experience, Randy has led large team projects for the aforementioned clients. Randy is responsible for training and managing our consulting teams and the development of a practice line placing highly talented, highly skilled people in fast-paced environments with great results. Prior to joining Touch Business Consulting, Randy worked for Washington Mutual, T-Mobile, and Qwest Communications.
Hanna Boyle

Hanna Boyle is a leader in the operations and communications practices with responsibility for project management, change management, and marketing and communications strategy. Hanna manages engagements involving complex program management, stakeholder alignment, executive speech-writing, sales training and information analysis for clients including Microsoft, Dell, Juniper Networks and Novell. Prior to Touch, Hanna managed corporate-wide communications, led international event teams and directed marketing strategy at a specialty retail trade association. She earned her MBA from Emory University emphasis in decision analysis and marketing.
Todd Orwig

Todd joined Touch in 2007 and is Director of Operations, responsible for all office operations, IT, and staffing. He has served as a consultant on engagements with Microsoft and Nokia. Prior to Touch, Todd served as Director of Admission and Communications for a selective, private liberal arts college where he managed numerous cross-organizational teams and initiatives related to marketing, IT and strategic planning. He completed a Masters in Integrated Marketing and Communication from Emerson College in 2000.
